The British National Paramotor League is back!

New competition events added throughout the year to build points for the title of British National Paramotor Champion

For the 2024 season, in addition to the primary British Open Championship event, we’ll be running a British Paramotor League, for the first time since 2014.

Open to all British pilots, the aim of the league system is to develop and train pilots for competition level flying by providing more competitive flying experience throughout the year.

The crown of British National Paramotor Champion 2024 will be awarded to the best scoring British Pilot, from a combined total score from the first two league event , which will take place in August 2023 and May 2024, and the British Open Paramotor Championships event in July 2024. This is a separate award from that of the British Open Championships, which is scored solely from points at that one event.

Details of how to register for the first 2023 league event in June will be released in due course.

2023 events:

Event 1: 2-4 June 2023, Green Dragons Airsports, Surrey This event does not count for any official scoring; it is a training event for the BOPC2023, and intended to trial the system and gauge interest from pilots in additional events such as this.
