Dates:
First competition briefing at 2100 Wednesday 6th July 2022
Competition flying Thursday 7th July to Saturday 9th July 2022
Reserve flying in case of bad weather will take place in the morning of Sunday 10th July before prize giving.
Prizegiving ceremony is anticipated for no later than 2pm Sunday 10th July
Entry fees and costs:
Standard pilot entry fee £80. Fees include all competition maps, camping, use of shower, toilet, and water facilities. For registrations after the 29th June, a £20 late entry surcharge is applicable. More details of how to enter in this article.
Facilties on-site:
Showers and toilets will be provided on site, along with briefing / social marquee.
Catering:
A range of hot and cold meals will be available to purchase from the Wingland Airfield club house cafe. More details to follow soon
Competition format
The championship will be run according to the same “Endurance” format used successfully in the UK since 2018. The task catalogue and rules and regulations from the 2021 championship can currently be viewed through the links on this website; any changes for 2022 will be minor and will be published here when ready.
COVID-safe measures
